Viktor has been doing a basement refinishing for me for the past five days.  I wanted you to know that I have never had a harder working or more delightful person working for me.  He was here shortly after 7:00 each day, came in with a smile and worked solidly until it was time to leave late afternoon.  He was quiet, unobtrusive and completely respectful of me and of my home.  He explained things well to me, listened if I had a question and always explained things so that I understood them.  He took great care with his work, and I appreciated his attention to detail.  The room he built for me is beautiful!  And I was very aware of the pride he took in his work.
