I just wanted to let you know that Sean finished up this morning - he came up with a great solution to the issue he was having with the switch.  He also explained the smoke/CO2 detector that he’d installed.  I really appreciate his professionalism, as well as Bruce and Mike’s work.  They were all very responsible about coming when they said they would and finding excellent ways to meet the inevitable challenges of the job. I also appreciate your responsiveness, friendliness and willingness to be flexible when changes had to be made.  Overall, I’m very satisfied by the service I received from Total Basement Finishing.

The system works so well. 100% of the water is now diverted and the pump has never even turned on. Since my system has been installed , we have had major rain storms, hurricane, October Nor'easter and not a hint of moisture in the basement - I would recommend this system to anyone with a wet basement.

Chavon was at my house today doing a demo and I just wanted to say how great he was. He was extremely clean and very polite, and the team was just wonderful. I just wanted to say thank you.

Carrie and I truly appreciate your help along the way.  We hit some unexpected bumps along the road, but that happens, you helped us through it. Viktor and Todd, who spent the majority of the time at our house we’re outstanding and their work is exceptional.  

We had Basement Systems install wood-like basement flooring. The contractor was friendly, helpful, and did a great job on the installation. I felt comfortable with the men that were installing the floor and left them in my home while I was at work. Perhaps most importantly, however, is the product itself. It is absolutely beautiful and well worth the money. You'd be hard pressed to find a better product.

Hi Dear Friends at Total Basement Finishing, We are still sitting with smiles on our faces, as we are enjoying our new basement.  It is beautiful, and all of our friends are absolutely amazed.  The walls are so much more attractive than wall board.  They are warm and inviting and the whole look is so professionally done - right down to the finishing touches of molding and even the insides of the closet.   Most of all, we can't express how pleasant it was to work with you folks.  Production Manager, Rob Card - you are a gem - an advocate for your company and your customer.  We so appreciated working things out with you.  You have a wonderful, even temperment, and we will never forget your kindness and patience or the day you said, "What would you like to see?  What would you like us to do? We got our door this morning -- the last step of this project! Very happy with everything. The guys were great. Looks great. I have finished painting everything already. Viktor has been doing a basement refinishing for me for the past five days.  I wanted you to know that I have never had a harder working or more delightful person working for me.  He was here shortly after 7:00 each day, came in with a smile and worked solidly until it was time to leave late afternoon.  He was quiet, unobtrusive and completely respectful of me and of my home.  He explained things well to me, listened if I had a question and always explained things so that I understood them.  He took great care with his work, and I appreciated his attention to detail.  The room he built for me is beautiful!  And I was very aware of the pride he took in his work. I would recommend Viktor without hesitation.  It was a pleasure having such a nice person in the house, and I couldn't have asked for a better worker.
